Does anyone have any GPS track files they are willing to share? I downloaded the files from gonemoab.com but they are routes, not tracks.

Thanks
Richard

The route files are better than tracks. Tracks may get a little off course at times. Besides, you'll need yer eyes on the rocks most of the time.

FWIW, I haven't used GPS in Moab. Although I had it, I relied on trail descriptions to make it through. Be sure to pick up Wells' book if you get the chance.

Have fun.

I understand what you are saying, but I like to make my own maps.

Here is a Hells Revenge map I made using a track from http://www.4x4now.com/33jshr.htm, but there are not enough data points in the file. I edited the track to follow the road on the aerial photo as best I could.

HellsRevenge3d - 131kb
HellsRevenge - 1.8Mb
