Has anyone heard of any companies that will be making a 4-6" suspension lift?

You can't go above 3" with the existing lower control arms and half shafts. Above 3" the half shafts bind and explode. The other alternative is to cut off all the IFS parts and put a solid axle under. But, that is not for everyone.

So there is no way anyone could even make a package deal for it?

For the solid axle swap? Every SAS is unique depending on which axle you find and what geometry you want. And none of them are bolt on. This is only for someone with good fabrication skills and required tools. Most people don't have a plasma torch and Mig welder in there garage. Check out http://www.plushfab.com They are putting together a SAS kit, but there is still a lot left to do.

I'd like it if it were available.

You could get 6 inches w/ new custom a-arms, but you'd need them so long that they probably would stick out an extra foot and a half on each side of your truck. [LOL]

I'm still thinking of doing a SAS, but most of it right now is just some good ol wishing going on.
