Just made the switch to the old Hardbody manual hubs on my Xterra...regreased everything and checked to see that the 4WD works...Only issue I have is that in 2WD at some points it seems as if the hubs get stuck half locked and half free as one side or the other will begin this awful buzzing sound....The sound ends if I flip the hubs all the way over to locked...It almost seems as if too much grease if keeping the hubs from fully unlocking....any ideas or anyone come across this before?? Thanks!!!
