I did the 2" shackle lift and cranked torsion bars to 1 1/2. What I'm curious about is the stress that puts on the cv joints. After I did the mod, I took my rig in for an alignment. The dealer said he wasn't able to get the wheels (30 BFG AT's) into original factory specs. Will my cv joints wear out prematurely?

The only thing I can think of is that you rasied your Tbars too high. Normally 1.5" isnt that much but if your Tbars were set high from the factory to begin with then you could have pushed them out of range.

I have shackles and rasied my Tbars about 1.25" and my dealership had no problems with my alignment.
