well after months of research on here i have finally dont it!!! just ordered my 3" calmini SL, calmini steering system, 2" AC BL, and 33" BFG MT's. i have alot of work ahead of me, but i believe the final product will be worth it. i think the worst part is waiting on all of it to get here.
spent yesterday taking off the step rails and mud flaps. gotta go buy a can of pb blaster to start spraying the bolts.

Don't forget to take off the rear sway bar.

i was debating on that today as a matter of fact. if i want to completely do away with the rear sway or do the discos from calmini. i found a lot of topics on here and it seems like the majority of xoc does completely away with it.
it seems like its kind of a pain in the ass if you want to go wheelin to have to disconnect them everytime.

Yeah - the disco's rattle like a mo fo too...and, as the rear bar does nothing for you...installing disco's for them was like putting diapers on flies anyway.

thanks for helping out that decision. no more rear sway bar period!!! might as well do that this weekend to keep me occupied while waiting on my goodies to get here. i was in the mountains this past weekend and couldnt believe how fast suv's were going around those winding roads. regardless of snow or not you wont find me doing that shit in an suv.

I have also removed the rear bar so i know from experience that there is no noticeable difference in the mannerisms of the X... but do any of you guys (who removed the bar) tow anything? My friend says that THIS is when you would definitely feel it. Someone shed some light Cheers!
