I adjusted my torsion bars recently to raise the front about an inch or so for adding BFG MT 32s. After increasing the height, I measured from the frame (where the front of the lower a-arm connects to the frame) to the ground. I am getting measurements of 11.5" on each side. For those who have made this adjustment, what measurements are you getting?
