Ok. Just got my used 2001 SE in November. From the start it felt soft and jittery back there. Kinda like it wants to sway or give just a little more than I like. The vehicle has 17k miles on it and the women I bought it from did not tow or hall around alot of weight. I inspected the shocks and they are the OEM and look like there not leaking or anything like that. I hope to get a few suggestions from you all out there. I do not do any heavy duty off road around here in north central Kentucky. But I want to feel confident when driving around town and occasional 4x4. Thanks.

The stock shocks suck. Most people on this board have found Bilsteins to be the best. A set of 4 will run you about $250 give or take.

I fixed my soft rear end with leg curls and squats. [LOL]

My 2oo1 felt like a boat, give it gas and the backend drops, let off and the front dives, put Bilstien shocks on and no problem I even removed the rear sway bar and it doesnt feel any different with the new shocks.
