The best way to isolate the noise is to move/shake systems one at a time...and see which makes the noise.
If you think its the leaves for example, just get the truck's ass bouncing up and down and listen (A freind bouncing while you look under there and listen works best...)
If up and down is quiet, try rocking left to right...
Then try bouncing/rocking the front end.
If its the suspension, that will typically allow you to hear it.
After that, tapping stuff with a rubber mallet, like the exhaust, heat shelds, skid plates, body panels, hood, etc...is logical.
Essentially, methodically work your way across the truck.
