Not really a mess up, but there is a SALE this week. I ordered online not knowing about it, recieved his news letter and noticed it. One phone call and recieved the discount, no issues no problems. I have never had a problem with Shrockworks service or there product.

What kind of sale are they having? I haven't received anything from them...could be time to place an order!

Ditto, the skid that is under the T bars did not alow enough space for the bars. he paid for an angle grinder for me to grind it down and took that cost of the price of the skids. Short answear great customer serv.

I ordered a set of Suzuki Samurai rocksliders a few years back and they had accidently welded the frame supports using the wrong measurement. Shrockworks let me keep the messed up set of sliders and sent me a new set within a few days. Sold the messed up ones on ebay and made a profit. A+++ customer service in my book.
