I have a 2003 X and installed a new instrument panel in it. I had some work done on it before this and when they did this work the shop ruined the turn signal bulb holder that twists into the back of the dashboard. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a replacement. I tried all over the net and can not find a place to find a replacement one I would appreciate it.

Should be part # 24860-40F01, called a socket and bulb assembly.

If they installed a new instrament pannel, why didn't they just use the bulb assembly from the old pannel?

The old socket assembly is still there. It looks like they bbroke it when they took it out. So it has speaker wire, wired to it. The wire does not stay in and keeps falling out and is broke. So I need to replace it.

I guess I must have misunderstood your original post, because if the bulb holder is the only thing that is broken and if they put in a new instrament cluster, you should still have access to the old cluster. There are at least a dozen bulb holders the same size as the turn signal bulb holder that you could just switch from the old cluster to replace the broken one, unless they screwed up the circuit board bulb socket, which is a totally different situation.
