I can't seem to find any seat covers that fit the rear seats... any suggestions? I've tried WallyWorld and Checker, but no joy.

These would be my suggestion. Xterra Seat Covers They are alittle pricy, but well worth it.

I didn't want to spend a lot on them. I also wanted something that dog hair wouldn't stick to. So...I bought 4-yards of a vinyl type fabric (as close a match as possible) at walmart and cut it out in the shape of the seats. Now I just throw those in and tuck the edges into the grooves in the seats whenever my canine friends are going along too.

It's a decent and cheap solution for infrequent trips ($12). Or, if the home-made look doesn't bother you, as a permanent cover between formal engagements. smile

Not if you don't live in TX

Do this…

Step 1 go to www.nissanpart4u.com

Step 2 click “search” which is just under the picture of the Murano

Step 3 paste in 999N4-KN001 and switch to “By: Part Number”

Step 4 click on the return for rear seat covers $113.75

Step 5 Print the page

Step 6 take print out to nearest Nissan parts counter and ask them to match the price.

All they can do is say no!

Two questions. First from 4x4parts.com why are the front and back seats different colors? I couldn't find an option to select color. Second with the back seats are the covers one piece or is that ass part covered separately for easy fold down?

Not sure about the 4x4parts cover you are talking about do you have pictures of these? But the Nissan covers match front and back. The back set is 4 pieces the removable seat bottom will still be removable and both seat backs will still fold independently.

Actually I was looking at xterraparts.com not 4x4parts.com

I was referring to these.

http://www.xterraparts.com/Merchant2/mer...ode=999N4-00006

if you backup and look at there list it shows different colors for front and back.

Yeah the pictures do look different but they are actually both the same color.

to those who own the Nissan Xterra seats covers (or know something about them)>>>

I spend alot of time out on the beach. Sand, saltwater, and wetsuits are a big part of using my Xterra. I'm interested in the Xterra seat covers that Nissan offers, but I've heard alot of mixed opinions. Why do those who say they don't like them, not like them? Tear, stretch out, fade, not really "water proof", feel junky to sit on, just because of appearance, etc? Those who do like them, why? Looking to buy something that going to hold up and not have to replace in a couple months, or hopefully even years. Thanks for reading my post and anything is useful!

I think they are great. They aren't "waterproof" though. They will keep the factory seats from getting whatever liquid on them though. I have a water spot on mine from a spilled drink. Threw them in the wash and WA-LA! Clean again! They are made out of cordura which is like a wetsuit material. I must say not only are they comfy, but they look mad crazy awesome.

Goodluck with your decision.
