The clutch started slipping today on my '05 OR. This is my 4th Manual vehicle and always averared between 80-100k on a clutch. Anyone have an idea what maybe the problem? Is it me?

Thanks!

Nope not you. I've already had one replaced at 8K and now another 8k and it's going out again.
They SUCK and are paper thin. Really underengineered. Just like the diffs. mad

Edited to add Call Nissan coustomer service and scream.

I had mine replaced already due to a vibration issue. This is a known issue now the the truck. While I love the 6 speed I wish now that I'd done an auto.

I think you can get this repaired/replaced under warranty if you do it right. Do you have a service writer that is a friendly? That is your best way to do it. Nissan clutches should last longer, my 1984 300ZX is on its 2nd clutch with 160k on it so they should last longer.

It's possible Nissan had a bad batch of clutches. I have 29k on mine, no issues with it yet, but the truck isn't driven off road very often. Last car I had got 240k on the factory clutch, but I know I'm not going to get anywhere near that with this clutch due to the weight of the truck.
