This is an email that I just sent to Overlander in an attempt to light a fire under their ass and get what I ordered. The rest explains my story. I just thought you guys would like to know.

To whom this may concern,

I have to tell you that I'm not really impressed with speed of this service. I ordered a cat-back exhaust system from Calmini on the same day that I ordered the HKS intake system from you (Order Number: 3116313409434404). Seeing how both companies are located in CA, I specifically asked for 2 day shipping in an effort to recieve this order on the same day as my order from Calmini.

Needless to say I recieved my exhaust system on Thursday and it's installed and working properly. Yet my order from you hasn't even been shipped yet. I've emailed your company and called twice just trying to get a tracking number. I was told that it would shipped today (Friday) at 4pm, which is pretty late in my opinion. Also, the person that I talked to on the phone today told me he'd be calling me later on with a tracking number. It is now 6pm pacific time and no one has called or emailed me with a tracking number, an explanation or an apology.

You've had my money for 4 days now and I have no product. I will be posting a copy of this email at: http://www.xterraownersclub.com/ in the forums to let people know how I've been treated thus far. I really hope I am an exception to the normally "excellent service" that you have stated to me in your previous reciept emails.
