Checking in to say hey y'all.

Looking at getting an '05 OffRoad 4wd auto. Test drove the S, SE and OR and like the package of the OR the best but will add the Fosgate stereo upgrade. Xterra pretty handily won over the Jeep Liberty Sport which was the only major competator in my comparisons.

So in a couple weeks I should be driving my own.

The Pros are many for the X OR and I'm learning more as I peruse the boards here too.

The only Cons I saw in my test drives were these:

1) single-unit rear hatch. I like the window & door being separate like in the Liberty (and 4Runner which is my wife's vehicle).

2) brakes seemed a bit "soft" in each X model I drove.

3) OffRoad does not come in Canteen color. WHY!? That's the ONLY model of X that doesn't come in Canteen. I really wanted that Canteen color.

Oh well, Anyway so here I am just saying hello as a newbie.
