On a serious note.

1. Stay healthy, keep exercising, gain about 15 more pounds.

2. Continue to be a good husband and father.

3. Continue to save for a new home

4. Try to get outdoors more this year.

1. Become the leader of something.
2. Improve my confidence.
3. Read more.
4. Lose about 10-15 pounds.

Okay that is just sick and wrong.

I know, everyone at the gym at work hates me. They are all older and trying to lose and I've been trying to gain for a year now. Up from 170 to about 190ish. I'm and extremely "hard gainer" though and it's tough to put on the muscle without putting on too much body fat....woe is me...

Come hang out with me, young Jedi. I'll learn ya good. Tell ya what. I'll give you my extra 40 pounds. Call it a Christmahannukwanzakah gift.

I'm going to try to not give a damn in 2008. That's my resolution...

I want to get off my blood pressure meds, to do that I have to:

Loose weight
Exercise more
Eat less
Eat better

I'll work on quitting smoking later.

I would resolve to lose weight, but I know that's not gonna happen. So I guess one of my resolutions is to get snipped so we don't have any more kids. Oh and I guess I should resolve to go buy a bag of frozen peas too.

i hear that. im gona add loose weight and ride my bike more to that. the one thing i really want to do this year is learn to play the banjo. ive always wanted to, so i think im gona do it this year.

Pass paramedic school the second time around.

-Keep Healthy and continue my Jogging sessions (but enjoy All The Good Foods and Beers there is to offer)
-Keep my New Home Spic and Span and respect it.
-Respect my Job and work harder this Year.

- Go from my current weight of 221 lbs to 209 lbs.. Reasonable and achievable.

- Focus on the more important things in life, which means leaving work at work and keeping work under 50 hours a week.

- Get my mountain bike and road bike back into shape and start riding more often.. maybe prepare for another century ride or two next year.

I always say try so when I fall on my face, I don't think I was a complete failure, cause at least I tried.

Not sure on the beer part.

Off to a good start on the money part though. Just rolled my 1st and 2nd mortgages together on a new 15 year note. Will save a bunch that way, and I have no other bills except HOA dues.

Keep the blood sugar and cholestorol numbers low.

Lost 50 lbs in 07, would like to lose another 20, yes I was a fat ass!

-install the damn hitch that's been sitting there for 8 months
-install the damn wet okoles that have been sitting there a few weeks
-spend less time on hockey pool
-don't stress out when players do poorly whilst spending time on hockey pool
-use free time from not checking the hockey pool to spend on xoc.

Actually, to maintain my new weight of 185 (whoohoo! lost 40 pounds last year!! Jeebus I was a fat bastard).
