Holy Sh!t is right! On high, these babies are putting out 340W!
As far as the draw, 340W/12V is about 28-29amps. Shouldn't be a problem, but you'll have to go through a relay. I'd suggest two, one for each light. The reason is, most relays are only rated at 20amps. Even if you found a 30A relay, the draw you'd be putting through it would be close to it's rated limit and it would probably not last. Going with 2 relays, you'd only be putting 14A through a 20A relay (plus 20A relays would be cheaper than 30's too).
EDIT - Make sure the wiring you add from the battery is heavy enough too. With that level of amperage, depending on the length of your wiring, 10G would probably be enough, but you may need to go to 8G. I'd look it up somewhere to make sure. Try this
Linky . I've used it before and seems to be pretty accurate. There's a table on this page for car audio about 3/4's of the way down the page. It will show how thick a guage you'll need, depending on how far you're going to run the wires and the amperage you'll be expecting them to carry.
HTH!
