That's a nice looking truck. I have a 2002 Super Black SE myself and I'm planning to get the same wheels after I get a set of Shrock's sliders. All my friends in New England 4 Wheelers have them on their CJs and love them. I probably won't get such an aggressive tire, though, since I won't get into much serious off-roading. BTW, have you thought about removing those red and blue pinstripes? One of my friends took them off with nail polish remover and 3M's adhesive remover. That's probably what I'll end up doing.

Why wouldn't you just buy Rockcrawlers? Same color, better finish IMO, and no red/blue stripes?

Other than a better finish (IYO), is there any real difference between the ARs and Rockcrawlers? Maybe the ARs have better availability? I know they're only like $40 each, so price probably isn't the issue, but who knows? I haven't looked into this yet as I'm putting my money towards sliders first. Besides, all things being equal the stripes shouldn't be a big deal, being so easy to remove.

I honestly don't know of any other difference... only thing I could possibly think of is that the ARs might be a little lighter... I know my RCs are pretty heavy... I paid $36 ea... ordered from 4Wheel Parts and got them in a few days...

I'm not sure how the finish is any better..I know the AR's have a powdercoating and so do the RC's confused

But who cares they are a great off-road wheel and they to me are considered disposable...I bought them this way I wouldn't scratch the shit out of my factory wheels that cost an arm and a leg... wink
