For those of you that have mounted this bumper, did you attach the bumper to the mounts and then mount the whole thing to the chassis? Or did you attach the mounts to the chassis and then attach the bumper?

I attached the mounts to the chassis first, but then the biggest problem I ran into was actually reaching inside the bumper to the nuts and bolts in order to tighten them down. This was impossible with the air dam in because you couldn't get at the nuts to hold them while tightening the bolts. Am I missing something here, is there an easier way to tighten down these bolts without accessing the nut/bolt from both sides?

Doesn't look like there's much room from the pics in the other thread. You might have better luck just removing the grille entirely and then snap it back in once the bumper is on.
