I heard of this stuff called P.O.R. (paint over rust) i guessed its a really good pain that is used to paint frame and stuff like that and seals the rust in and the water out. i plan on removing the rust and priming but i also want to apply this stuff. does anyone know where to but this at a local auto parts place or what????

No idea man, try doing a search for it...I used aircraft grade non-skid on mine....but I know that doesn't help you any.

Try this stuff-- kbs paint systems --- works just as well as POR15, but it's better on your wallet.

You can buy similar stuff at NAPA, they call it rust converter or Kleen Strip makes product that is called something similar which is sold at Wally World. Just remove the loose rust with a wire brush and a scraper, clean any oil or grease off with acetone or brake cleaner and brush it on.

The stuff is a primer and after 24 hours, you can paint right over it.

Correct - it reacts with the rust, which makes it bond to the metal and stop future oxidation, etc.
