I had a fuel injector relay replaced and now my service engine light is on. Does anyone know how to reset it?

Take it to an AutoZone, O'Reiley's or someplace similar (or maybe even your dealer or the place that replaced the relay) and have them tell you why the code is there in the first place. Then, depending on what they say, have them clear it to see if it comes back.

Another way is to disconnect the battery. That resets the computer. You'll lose other valuable info with this (WHY the code was there and what code it was in the first place, your driving style in the computer, your radio stations, etc.) but it should work as well.
