I have an 07. there is only one door with a lock, the drivers door. if you insert the key and turn to the right twice it will unlock the other doors. or to the left will lock all. seems like it is close to being set up for a keyless system. Is there just a module or component to install ? bought it used and did not come with a transmitter, What might be my options? Thanks, in advance for any info.

Since you have just one door lock cylinder, it means your vehicle came from the factory with a remote system in place and two remotes. Most NISSAN dealers parts departments keep the remotes in stock and the service personnel will often program them free if you are patient.
You should also have two chipped keys. If you have only one and you lose it, it will cost a lot of money to tow your vehicle to the dealer to have a new one cut and programmed to your vehicle.
