Hello everyone, first time here

I have an issue I need help with please.
I have an 05 X. Trying to do some mods on my own, to save some money on labour.
I bought a set of Angel Eyes Halo Headlights from Craigslist and they didn't come with Instructions. I thought it would be an easy swap and done, but it isn't...there's extra wiring and I don't want to mess anything up. Has anyone installed a set before that can help me? or send me a link of a site that can help me? Will I need to buy some relays?
