Hey guys newbie hey looking for some DIY on a oil change and brake pad change for a 2007 xterra off road Links ? also any suggested maintenance I should do on this girl she has 115,000 miles on her and runs great and I want to keep her that way Thanks .Patrick

That's basic maintenance--head to your local auto parts store and spend a few bucks on a Haynes manual for the X. You'll be glad you did.

If you haven't done it yourself before it might be a good idea to hook up with someone familiar to walk you through your first time to avoid any OOPS moments.

Routine 4.5k maintenance in addition to the oil and filter change should include checking your air filter, all other fluids, tire pressures, tire rotation (every other oil change), and a few other nick nacks.

Are you the original owner of the X? At 115k it should be due for a timing belt/water pump change out and a full tune up if it hasn't been done already.
