You don't have front coils on a 2000 Xterra, you have torsion bars.
That means you can raise the front end 1.5" for free, by just rotating the built-in torsion bar adjusters to set a new higher ride height.
PS - Just in case you didn't know this either, the front is supposed to be ~ 1.5" lower than the rear.
IE: If you thought you needed to raise it ~ 1.5" because the front was lower, you don't need to, its supposed to be that way.
