The day has finally come for me to sell my Xterra. Luckily it's staying within the family (I'm selling it to my dad) as I have no use for an Xterra living in NYC. I'm having a really hard time coming up with a fair price for my dad. I don't expect anyone to give me a dead on appraisal of my car on here, but Kelly Blue Book is saying $3,745 while similar Xterras in my area are listed in the upper 7,000s! That means nothing if they aren't selling, but are they going for significantly more than appraised value these days? Any help is appreciated!
