what do most people do with their old parts?

i was just wondering what most people do with their old parts once they upgrade. I.E. old bumpers, side steps, etc.

You could sell them on ebay or another auction site, but I keep them. You never know when you may need them!!!

I've got 4 stock tires, my step rails, rear sway bar, and someone else's front bumper in my basement. My wife is none too pleased...

1) traded stock tires for a tattoo
2) sold step rails for $100
3) gave away front bumper
4) rear bumper sitting in garage, soon to go to anyone who wants it.
5) rear sway bar hanging from nail in garage.
6) gear basket given away
7) rear stock shocks thrown in garbage
8) automatic hubs garage, somewhere. need to be thrown out.
as for resale value, i think most of the mods the next owner would want. i plan on getting my money's worth this time from this vehicle and driving it until it's dead. so i don't plan on there being a 2nd owner. of course, the best laid plans by mice and men...

very cool tat. I just need to figure out what it is I want. i am still undecided. a friend of mine owns a tattoo shop and one of his employees need tires for his pickup, so i got rid of my set. only 2000 miles on em. he grabbed at that deal in a heart beat. now i just need to sell the other set I have that came on my spare XE wheels to make way for a more streetable tire than my normal BFG MTs. i am dreading the wheel swap every time i go wheeling though. we shall see how long i do that for. :-) ------------------ Synchro (aka Kirk) 2000 Xterra SE, Alpine Green, 4x4, ARB, 32" BFG MTs

note to self... hire personal pit crew for when i go wheeling. damn, that means i need support vehicles for them to carry parts in.  at some point i will get a compressor and some air tools. probably around the same time this summer when i get a MIG. let the neighbors be wary at that point. bwhahahaha damn the home owners association, i tell you, damn them!!! ------------------ Synchro (aka Kirk) 2000 Xterra SE, Alpine Green, 4x4, ARB, 32" BFG MTs

The artist who did my butterfly is only 23, and has been tatooing for only 2 years. He had the outline on my back, but freehanded the inside. I love it, but the only problem is I can't admire it!
I like the one that Ian posted on your back.
