Looks simple enough, but I'm not so sure about running two 55W lights off the trailer wiring, especially considering that power first comes off the stock wiring to your wimpy reverse lights and then through a towing converter box, then to the plug... all using small wiring. IMO, it would be much better and smarter to just do a proper setup using a relay and wiring the lights directly to the battery.

my dad has one on his truck, its a relay for the lights off the reverse lights it doesnt use stock wiring, the little kit includes a wire for the battery etc.

c'mon theyre not that dumb
