Just bought my new X through them last week and I am certainly glad I found them! I used carsdirect to find them and the whole experience was top notch! My salesman (Joe Domino) was excellent and made the whole process easy. Yes, its outside the city but the dealer closer has always been more of a problem than its worth (MidCity). Its a short drive most of the time and I plan to go the extra mile for services there because cust. serv. is more important to me than almost any other factor in a purchase like this. Long story short, I highly recommend anyone in the Chicagoland area to look up Joe at Continental if they are looking for a personable sales experience that will leave you without reget. Alright, now I have to go enjoy some of this fresh snow!
