Yes, I have. Their prices are better than xterraparts.com on several items.

One item I ordered, seat covers, was somehow screwed up and they sent me the non-lumbar version instead of the one I ordered. They were very good at correcting the problem, and are reimbursing my shipping costs for the return.

Dang Jonathan - just saw this, and I'm sure you have already shipped back. For the mistake they made with my order, they had UPS pick up the wrong part - no effort or cost to me at all. Hopefully you will be credited for your shipping costs - their webpage states that if it is their mistake, they will pick up the bill. That, in itself, is nice - not a lot of online vendors are this generous.
