I would have to agree with you here. I brought my 240SX in for some work. They not only didn't do the work, but they told me it was done and then charged me.

Bought a part from them recently. The guy in the parts dept. was one nasty SOB. I'd hate to deal with the service dept.

get this one. i had them re mount my wind deflector on my hood with new foam padding between the hood and the deflector. a week later i opened the hood and there lying on the upper part of the grill where the hood sits is the razor blade they used to cut the foam padding with. it was just lying there. if that got into the engine some how i would have been in big trouble.

...and i have more stories.

I'd like to know that too. I have brought my Nissans into 4 dealerships around the tri-state area and have NEVER come away satisfied. Maybe I am just hard to please??

actually i went to Koeppel in Queens this past weekend to ask them a few questions and they were pretty nice and helpful. i'll probably end up going out there for service, and i guess we'll see what happens.

Auto Tech Nissan are truly horrible. They actually stole about $150 FROM. When I complainedti Nissan, Auto tech claimed they sent me a check for the money- Im still waiting for it 4 months later.

They truly suck.

It's amazing, Usually when a dealership gets blasted here, a few folks stick up for it. I guess Autotech pretty much screws everyone. I don't feel so bad now....

Autotech sucks!

I usually dont blast anyone but F YOU Autotech! Hehehe... And that's nicely put too!

Check this out fellow XOCer's...
I went to check out a 2001 Sentra last year with my girlfriend cause she was looking for a car. We were hanging in the city near CBS studios and had a spontaneous idea to go to Autotech for a test drive. The sales associate was in training and seemed very nice. But when it came to negotiations, he was very shady. That was nothing until...

Until his "manager" came right to the table without introducing himself and said arrogantly like he owned the place, "I'll make you a deal... 13,500!" I was thinking, "who the hell are you?" The sales asso. said "That's the manager giving you a good price, you should take it."

Forget it. We havent even given them a price yet and he's telling me that's a deal? If it's such a deal then how come everyone was offering 11,500 on the model we were looking at? So I pulled the sales asso. to the side and told him that his manager was a dick and to stop toying with us. And we left.

Four blocks up, at the bus stop, where me and my girl were going to take the M57 cross city, I notice 15 minutes later, that a guy was walking towards us. Guess what, it was the manager. He approached me and said "I heard you called me a bad manager." So by then my girl got pissed and I was ready for a fight. Could you believe it? He walked four long city blocks to fight with me. It was like T2. So as I was ready to throw my foot in his ass and wear him as sneakers, he turned around mechanically and said, "Go to Nissan in Queens." So I did.

I later found out that he was a car sales reject. He had worked and been fired from almost every car dealer on the "strip" on the west side of the city.

Lick my nuts! 're lucky my girl didnt make a few phone calls on them; her mom is very close to the people in "Albany."
