The day I got my X, everything was done that day. I got there that morning around 9 and left about 2:30. The dealership just didn't have a friendly atmosphere. The sales lady that sold it to me seemed nice. She even took me out to lunch while the X was getting cleaned up for me. The other people though just acted like they didn't care if you were even there! Haven't had to deal with anyone in the service department yet face to face. But I did talk with one guy from there on the phone and he sounded like he was pretty nice. Bottom line is, if you live in Charlotte and want to be treated friendly, I suggest to go to another dealership!
