If any of you in South Fla. are thinking about buying an X stay away from Esserman Nissan. Lies! Lies! and more Lies! Went for a drive with the service Tech and his helper. They both heard my Xterra problem noise. Both acknowleded it and did not know what it was but that it wasn't normal. They recommended that I call 1-800-Nissan-1 which I did. The Nissan Consumer Affairs called a couple of days later and said that Esserman Nissan doesn't acknowledge a problem and that it's just wind noise. I called Esserman to speak to my service tech and his little helper and I am not allowed too, I can only speak to the service manager who says there is nothing wrong with my Xterra. Liar! Liar! Liar! Folks take the drive to somewhere else if you feel led to buy from Esserman Nissan! They give the worst possible customer service I have ever seen in my life!
