My wife and I dealt with Ron Sayer's in Idaho Falls, Idaho on both our new X and '98 Jeep TJ.

We had a VERY good experience, tho' we found out the hard way how much a '96 Ford Windstar is really worth in trade-in after trying without luck to sell it ourselves for 8 months... Oh well, live and learn...

Anyways, I dealt with Larry Case at Sayer's. While he's not up on every little tidbit on the X or TJ, he's very easy to deal with and has a great low-key, low-pressure style.

Sayer's Service Dept. has been good as well (important since I own a Jeep! LOL!). This isn't X-related, but they've been great to deal with after I installed the lift on my TJ. When I had the TJ in for some warranty work on the driveline (those famous Dana M44 axle seals), I asked if the OME lift would void the warranty. The service manager just smiled and said, "What lift?". Good man!
