I am heading up there from NYC after my class at 8pm. So I should be there by midnite. Looking forward to some GPSgold rushing the weekend of Aug 3rd. So I am looking for a cheap place to crash till morning can anyone recommend me something?
I went to killington's web site alot of the near by lodging has no rooms avalible during the summer.
Also if anyone has any other point of intetrest to recommend that would be great too. I might stick around afterward.

Thanx,

I think it's called the Sports Chalet at the base of Killington road + about 3/10ths of a mile.

Great place, big rooms, and a hot tub. And great prices.

If you really want to Xperience Killington in your Xterra, check out KX at http://www.vtxs.org

I used to camp, hike, fish, and whatnot when I was in college in VT. White Rocks are about 20 min. away from the Killington access road and is worth checking out. Bring a camera! [Smoking]
