I have seen this as well. It seems as though it has already passed or is expected to easily. More shameless pandering by the leftists. I do believe fees are being waved, so I am unsure if that means tuition or other associated fees. It does not matter at any rate. The point is criminals are being given special rights over tax paying citizens.
