I worked at a Home Building Co. not too long ago...and we had some very unhappy irate customers that would go to the business and bitch, complain, and just raise hell...it was pretty scary shit...I remember this one guy, that was very unhappy with the price negotations of his house, walked in, went straight to the Sales Department and punched his salesman right in the mouth a couple of times...cops came and took him away....
