There is no business ON EARTH that will hold a product that there is no deposit on. Why would anyone expect a private party to?

I'm sorry, but there is no deal until a deposit has been made. It shows good faith on the part of the buyer.

If the buyer wanted to "secure" those tires then he shoulda paypalled a deposit. Without that there's simply nothing to complain about.
