When I checked out EROC a few years ago (now werock or something?) there was a guy running some beefy real tractor axles (front 4wd axles) both front and rear. He had the hydraulic steering on both... it was pretty impressive! I seriously doubt he'd have much problems with breaking any part of them.

Nancy21, Come on over anytime if you're looking for fun - with 7 acres and that little lawn tractor, I pretty much stay on it all the time after work to keep it looking respectable. It usually doesn't look very respectable, haha.
