Just got off the phone with the Guys insurance Co and they are basically saying they aren't going to cover the accident if he wasn't driving.

WTF - So now I have to lie in order to get my car repaired. BS!

Waiting on a return call to see what's going to happen. Looks right now that I have no choice but to claim against my own insurance. Higher premiums here I come!
