Uh... ten minutes? You might want to take a look at a map before you comment.
If I couldn't have driven up (all day to go there and back), they could have fixed it by me sending a few photos. It turned out to be a very easy fix, just a new pin.
BTW, I did not have any issues with hole size, just the pin.
