You could probably use a torsion crank to eliminate any sag that has occured over the years and possibly some new shocks to help control the ride.
Or if the wife needs a bit of convincing/help from someone other than you, the suspension is shot and you need to replace it with a 3" lift?
A new steering setup?
New front bumper to protect the investment?
A full set of skids?
A new rear bumper/tire carrier?
A new stereo system to help hide the squeeks/rattles?
A set of lights to illuminate hazards in the road that might hurt the suspension more?
New tires/wheels?
etc...
