No. I have both the shackles and the add-a-leafs, and my springs have sagged about 2", and I still can't get my truck level. It's okay though, the rake isn't too extreme. On a newer/less trashed truck, there's no chance you could install the AAL's and shackles and have it sit level just from cranking t-bars. Well you probably could, but you'd be compressing the upper bumpstop at nominal height, have no downtravel AT ALL, and nuke your CV's in 10K miles or so...
