Just to clarify, that's viewing the front adjusting bolts from the front of the vehicle.
Reverse it for the back of the control arm.

Toe in and camber can be set somewhat by eyeballing it and measuring it, but caster (kingpin angle) requires an alignment bay.

Bad caster won't cause tire wear like bad camber and toe-in, but it will cause the Xterra to handle poorly.
