Body lifts serve their purpose as they allow a larger tire to be run preventing tire/body contact, they are less expensive to buy than a suspension lift but in terms of installation sometimes harder and almost always take more time. If your choice was suspension or body and you have the money to spend on either go with a suspension lift, you gain much more with the shock/a-arm change, more articulation, etc than just clearing larger tires. Combining both allows you to run 33x12.5's with proper wheel offset but your gearing will suffer. So getting back to the original question: Performance Accessories makes good complete body lift kits, installation usually takes 8-12 hours and access to some metal cutting tools is generally necessary...go for it
