I appreciate the kind responses. I knew that you guys couldn't be that bad . To answer a few questions:

I have already recieved a warning for my neons so the police. They are legal if you aren't driving; it's more of a city ordinance here in San Antonio though.

I have considered air suspension, but bags tend to have bad results when driving after a while (me being in the Army I tend to go home to Florida often) if they aren't perfectly fitted for your vehicle.
