The only locking diff is the factory one so far. Should have bought the Off-Road model instead. Now you're stuck with your short-sightedness.
It does appear that ARB is developing a locker for the M226 (D44 type) rear though.
If you have the C200 rear axle, there's a chance an ARB could work in it, but I haven't heard of anyone doing so.

CJ.. there's a search function on the board that should give you a good selection of responses to choose from. Brent (OffroadX) has a point that it might have helped you before posting, but I'm like you that it sometimes can't hurt to just ask - just in case.

Anyway. that said, let us know more about what you own and what you're wanting to do. There are a ton of people on this board that are more than happy to help you out and will do so without busting your balls in the process.
