The Bils have a lifetime warrenty, so its dumb to get something else if they have an issue....unless you want different travel or valving.

The main reason NOT TO get Nissan parts when UPGRADING, is that they are not an upgrade...they are OEM.

OEM stuff is NOT THE SAME. It is "Value Engineered" to hit price points, and, valving and travel for STOCK USE...IE: What makes it nice and cushy for the test drive. (As opposed to having adequate wheel travel and damping for more spirited driving, or, for off road use, etc...)

So, STOCK Bilstein shocks are NOT the same as aftermarket Bilstien shocks...they have different valving/damping characteristics as well as different travel ranges.
