I was just on ebay and saw an item called "POWER MAX". Apparetnly it is a mod that you put in your air intake tube right after the air filter. This mod then is supposed to offer more complete combustion of available fuel? They state up to 35 more HP and up to 31% fuel efficiency improvment.

Has anyone looked at or heard of this mod before?

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
It sounds like a variation of another performace "mod" that supposedly ionizes the air going into the combustion chamber. As I recall (search in the performance section to be sure) it's another BS product to take your money
