well, hardly a rescue...

While camping this weekend, I noticed a fellow a few sites over was stuck. He was on this steep grassy hill, which was slightly wet, and simply could not budge up the hill. I went over to offer my services and luckily another bystander had a chain. We hooked it up, and 4 Lo pulled it right up the hill (100 ft or so) without slipping a tire. (This is one of those times I miss the Auto). I was pretty impressed, but lesson learned; I need to get a strap.

Afterwards, the guy came over to say thanks and said "I'll never rag on Jap cars again." laugh

Made my day.

This weekend was my first trip in the X... I was loving it. We put all the wood in the top basket, gear in the cargo area, and had plenty of leftover space. Used one 12V outlet for a cell phone, and the other for a radar detector. sweet. [ThumbsUp]
