I was rummaging around for a pic the other day... and found one of the first pics of my new X! This is a shot of my X emerging: Isn't the little feller cute!

i dont get the picture... except if that jeep is birthing an X... and still... Yeah, that was my take too, it (the X) is being given life by a jeep . I figured w/ the time stamp, TJ had one to many bongs and thought that'd be a funny caption somehow

The Jeep kept breaking down...the night this happened is the night that I had to "agree" to trade in the Jeep on the X....so, the pic of the Jeep broken was the birth of the X....like the axle sliding out, birthing the X analogy... sigh. The 4:20 thing is confusing...its just when I edited it....the pic was found the day before...I think it means he thinks I was looking at pictures at 4:20? Implied porn reference? (Scratching head...) Anyway...the Jeep is dead, long live the X. I also have a shot of the positive pregnancy test as the first baby picture in the first kid's baby book....I was wondering why no one got it....

Hawk...I may need you as a witness...my wife told me just last night, while discussing native customs in Jamaica, etc...nobody says "Doobie" anymore...and I said I was sure I heard some people still say it. (In international waters, etc...)

How did the axle slide out like that? It just disconnected from the rear differential? Did you wheel it hard the day before?

C-Clip failure, let the axle loose from the diff...spider gear damage, etc... Damn temporary D35 I got for free when the D44 busted...POS. A bit before that pic (Made it back to a road...) I was climbing a snowy hill in the dark, got an ice patch under the snow on one side, one side spun, the other caught traction, and BANG. I limped back down, put it in front wheel drive (The rear was making coffee grinder full of little tin men...), and was attempting to drag myself to a warm garage....(Didn't make it)..."Hello? Triple A? Yes, I need a flat bed..." The mechanical damage was repairable, but: It totaled the Jeep's WTF (Wife Tolerance Factor) Once the Jeep's WTF is totaled, it can't be repaired.

man I love c-clip axles... Makes for fun-looking breaks, and generally makes it a pain in the ass to limp it off trail when it happens!
